Derrick Green - Transfer Watch?

I'm sure everyone is aware of his tweets about playing time following the Utah game (now deleted I believe). I only saw him come in for a few plays against Oregon State. It surprised me that Harbaugh put him in at all, but I'm sure he still isn't very happy with how things are going with the emergence of Smith.

He seems to be 4th on the depth chart after Smith, Isaac, and Johnson. 

EDIT: I was wrong, apparently he had 8 carries for 35 yards. Must have been late when I was trying to find Auburn's game.

It's hard to say what's going on. I doubt he's happy that Smith is the clear #1 at this point, but he did get more carries (8) than Isaac (6) and Johnson (1).

Green looks like he has the physical tools (size, speed) when he gets some space. I hope he can pull it together.

Green came in with about 10 minutes left in the 4th quarter. Looked about the same as last year; faster than Smith, but usually goes down on first contact. I haven't heard about any rumors aside from the usual speculation that goes around when a top recruit isn't playing much.
